Manolo Blahnik for J. Crew Fall 2012. What a great collaboration! I always enjoy seeing what J. Crew comes up with!
Love the downtown suiting for the Theyskens Theory girl.
The Row continues to get it right. Great timeless styles that would seem right on a variety of women. I feel like this collection even has touches of Phoebe Philo’s Celine collections. And I love how The Row does contrasting from dark and light.
Another great DVF show. Elegant LBDs and interesting colorblocking combinations that feel fresh for Fall after a few seasons of seeing the trend. I really like the goldenrod.
What a cool story! Old school NYC…Ruth Finley has been creating the Fashion Week calendar for over 7 decades.
I’m smitten with Smitten Ice Cream in Hayes Valley, SF. Using liquid nitrogen and Kelvin mixers you get a personal ice cream flavor with artisanal ingredients in 60 seconds. Super creamy and delicious.
On the hunt for great rugs. Passed by A local rug store and this one made me stop in my tracks. Slightly art deco and the dark colors make the floral design more edgy than feminine. A print I could handle.
Carven Pre-Fall 2012…fantastic tailoring and shapes. As always.
